The day before we went on holiday I realised there was a lot of what I thought was wasp activity around two evergreen trees in my garden and I thought that there must be a nest in the ground somewhere. I called Hugh first thing in the morning and explained the situation and he came round in the afternoon. There was no nest but we noticed a lot of bugs all round the main trunk of the trees and this seemed to be what was attracting the wasps/bees. Hugh said that once these bugs went then the wasps/bees would go too. He was right, we went away not having to worry about a nest and when we came home all had gone. Fantastic service by this company.. We have a holiday cottage and had an internal problem with squirrels in the loft space. Very noisy a week before a very busy season. Hugh was amazing.
